James is an acclaimed real estate developer and master craftsman with over 30 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has spearheaded more than 80 large-scale projects globally, including over 60 high-rise buildings and 2,200 single-family homes. A prolific innovator, James holds 17 patents, including the revolutionary seismically-sound G-Panel system. His career spans international leadership—directing projects across nine countries—and significant federal contract work with FEMA and the GSA. James is dedicated to redefining community through high-quality residential planning and sustainable construction technologies.
